At the Help Desk we can only support the listed programs below. Due to the overwhelming number of programs that connect to the Internet and read email, we are forced to only support the most popular of these since they are used the most by our customers. Please keep in mind that it still may be possible to use other programs or methods to accomplish things on our system; however, we will not support these at the Help Desk. We do not offer technical support for such programs as spam and antivirus filters, instant messaging clients (AOL Instant Messenger, Microsoft Messenger, etc.), download managers (RealDownload, etc.), Internet audio players (Spinner, Windows Media Player, RealOne, etc.), call waiting programs (Call Wave), or file sharing programs (KaZaA, Grokster, WinMX, etc.). Please keep in mind that you may use these programs, but please keep your activities legal!

Also, please make note that we will not support the following feature of Microsoft Windows:  Internet Connection Sharing.
