CCPL Internet Service Fees

$125 annual fee for all non-commercial users, $200 for commercial users

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal.
  • Payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
  • Payment must accompany a completed and signed registration or renewal form.
  • You may apply or renew online or at all branches of the Carroll County Public Library

$20 fee to change username after the account has been set up. This includes the 2 extra email accounts. The initial setup of the additional email accounts is free.
