$125 annual fee for all non-commercial users, $200 for commercial users
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal.
Payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
Payment must accompany a completed and signed registration or renewal form.
You may apply or renew online or at all branches of the Carroll County Public Library
$20 fee to change username after the account has been set up. This includes the 2 extra email accounts. The initial setup of the additional email accounts is free.
