The Barracuda Spam Firewall crashed on Friday, Thursday, August 10. We replaced the unit on Friday, August 11. The replacement unit turned out to be faulty. We replaced that unit on Wednesday, August 16. Email was re-routed during the downtime, so you will have received more spam than normal during this time, but all email has been delivered.
The new filter is in place, and is in the process of learning spam patterns. This process usually takes a few days. The quarantine has been cleared due to the crash. You should begin receiving new quarantine digests either Wednesday afternoon or on Thursday.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but on a positive note, this does remind us how well this product does work at blocking unwanted email.
