CCPL Internet Service and Help Desk

Welcome to the Carroll County Public Library Internet Service and Help Desk site! The purpose of this site is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers and provide new customers with the information they need to subscribe. We have provided a number of resources on this site to help you resolve problems, report bugs, and suggest improvements.

You may also obtain technical support by telephone at 410.386.4455, and by email. The help desk hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.  We will attempt to answer all gavemail as quickly as possible during these hours.  The help desk is offline on Saturdays, Sundays and Library Holidays.  Email and phone messages will be monitored for emergency outages only during non-support hours.
